Naomi Chapman
Naomi uses her skills as a facilitator to lead strategy development processes that centre lived experience and incorporate a systemic perspective. She has worked with charities, funders and businesses to develop strategies that maximise impact, and to put in place the processes for delivery and ongoing decision making. As a critical friend, she supports senior leaders to interrogate the big questions facing their organisation and wider context.
Naomi is also Programme Manager for Everyone’s Environment, a coalition of more than 80 charities accelerating action on the social impact of the environmental crises, where she supports charities to embed environmental activity in their organisational strategies and support the communities they work with to respond to environmental change.
