Andy Luton

Andy joined NPC in April 2025, drawn by a belief in the transformative potential of organisations working for impact. With over a decade of experience in the for-impact sector, he has worked across Social Cohesion (NCS Trust), Further Education (Education and Training Foundation), and International Development (VSO, Raleigh International) sectors.

He holds an MBA from Brunel University, where his thesis explored how Venture Philanthropists engage with Theory of Change frameworks to drive strategic impact.

In his current role as Head of Income Generation at NPC, Andy leads the strategy, development, and delivery of new income streams, including consulting sales, events, grants, and philanthropy. Joining the leadership team, he collaborates across the organisation to drive sustainability and growth, ensuring NPC’s mission continues to make a meaningful difference in the impact sector.
